Here at The Well Lived Life Co., we aim to help you achieve a life that is full of meaning and satisfaction.  We do that by providing quality psychology and coaching services that aim to help our clients reach an overall state of wellbeing. We invite you to open your heart and mind so we can explore where you are now, where you want to be, and what's stopping you from getting there.  We tailor our treatment to suit your needs so whatever your reason is for stopping by, it's likely we can help.

I'm Vanessa, Founder and Principal Psychologist at The Well Lived Life Co.,

I am passionate about helping people live their best lives - you deserve to live a happy, heathy and heart aligned life - you might just need some help getting there!

I know that it can feel strange reaching out to a complete stranger for support (I've been there) and I also know the wonderful feeling of support and connection when you find the right fit for you.

I tell you this so that you know I get why you might be hesitant and unsure of talking to someone about your life, your hopes and your dreams - and - I know what it's like to see people at the other end of that, who have made the commitment to themselves that they are worth the investment so that they can start living their best lives.

I truly care for all of my clients, and work with them to find the answers they seek. Since 2012 I have worked as a psychologist with an array of clients all with different backgrounds, issues, relationships, you name it, but all with the same goal, to live a better life, away from the struggles that they have been experiencing.

After having my first baby in 2016 I found a natural pull towards helping parents adjust to life after a baby (because, man it's hard!) and have worked with many parents or soon to be parents since.

I would love to work with you to help build your best life!

Medicare has announced:

From 17 January, you’ll be able to get Medicare benefits for up to 10 mental health treatment services if:

  • you or your family have been impacted by the 2019-20 bushfires

  • you’re a first responder or emergency management employee or volunteer who worked during the 2019-20 bushfires.

You don’t need to have a diagnosed mental health condition, GP referral or mental health treatment plan.

If you think you’d benefit from mental health treatment, talk to any of these:

  • GP

  • psychologist

  • occupational therapist

  • social worker.

You can get the sessions between 17 January 2020 and 31 December 2021. They’re in addition to the 10 psychological therapy sessions currently available under the existing Better Access Program.

Vanessa continues to work with Community Links Wellbeing and is able to provide therapy for those affected by the bushfires at the community centre one day per week.  Please get in contact to find out more.
