Finding Clarity - Group Program
6 steps to getting unstuck and achieving your goals

All of us will feel trapped at some point, whether that be in a job, house, neighbourhood, financial circumstance, religion, family or relationship.

Usually feeling trapped can be easily remedied by simply doing something new … but it’s not always that easy. When feeling trapped becomes a persistent problem, then it’s time to make some changes.

When we have lost contact with our inner-self, we feel the unshakable sense that ‘something is missing’ from our lives. This feeling is accompanied by loneliness, emotional numbness, emptiness, restlessness, irritability, and of course, anxiety and depression.

Join Psychologist Vanessa Kmet in a 6-week group program designed to help you Find Clarity. Get in touch with your inner-self and rediscover what makes you feel alive - all backed by evidence based research.
