FEELING STUCK?
All of us will feel trapped at some point, whether that be in a job, house, neighbourhood, financial circumstance, religion, family or relationship.
Usually feeling trapped can be easily remedied by simply doing something new … but it’s not always that easy. When feeling trapped becomes a persistent problem, then it’s time to make some changes.
When we have lost contact with our inner-self, we feel the unshakable sense that ‘something is missing’ from our lives. This feeling is accompanied by loneliness, emotional numbness, emptiness, restlessness, irritability, and of course, anxiety and depression.
